Refund Policy – FRW Travels

We have our customers’ refund policies here!

Under the following conditions, a refund would be possible:

If we fail to deliver the documents within the timeline. Our normal delivery time is 12-24 hours and 4-8 hours for urgent delivery.

If  any mistakes are made by our staff in your reservation. We will immediately rectify the mistake or, issue a refund. (if customer insist).

If  you ask for cancel your order before delivery for any reason, then A flat 30% fee will be deducted from the total amount and the remaining 70% will be credited back to your linked card within 7  to 10 business days.

Conditions when refunds are not approved:

 

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

 

If  the client requests changes or modifications to the provided routes and dates after receiving the itinerary by email, we are unable to make such adjustments due to airline restrictions. However, a new itinerary can be created, (charging the standard fee).

Make sure that you add the request, details and instructions for modification, change, or correction on the order form you fill out when you place your order on our website,. Otherwise, if you request a modification and, after delivery, the correction isn’t possible for any reason and you will not be eligible for a refund

 

If you come in the future and want a refund only on the basis that you didn’t use our documents, we will not issue a refund.

If the customer wants to change their reservation after 14 days of the documents receiving it, there won’t be a refund.

A customer has a maximum of ten days before the start of their journey to request a refund of their travel insurance. If so, we will deduct 30% of the entire amount paid as service charges, and within 7-10 business days, the remaining 70% will be returned to your credit or debit card.

 

 if the client requests a refund less than 10 days before the trip, no refund will be issued. Additionally, the refund request will become invalid once the trip date starts

 

There will be no refund if the client fails to submit sufficient proof which proves that their visa application is refused because of the documents provided by our team. In addition, in order to receive a refund, the client must send in a letter written by the relevant embassy explaining the reasons behind the visa denial.
